Start your day off right with an invigorating yoga session. This workshop will be a 50 minute yoga session to relay the importance of health, mind, body and soul. Experience the permanent effects that yoga can have in your life. Yoga sessions will be led on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. You’ll feel rejuvenated after this series of ancient postures, breathing exercises and meditation.

HIMAT SINGH and HARI RAI KAUR KHALSA: After being deeply inspired by the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Himat Singh and Hari Rai Kaur Khalsa became certified Kundalini Yoga teachers in 2004. As students of infinity, Himat and Hari Rai consistently practice and teach this powerful form of yoga -- which combines the science of movement, breath, and sound to heal the body, sharpen the mind, and elevate the spirit.
